Because AI projects fail when they're scoped on slides. The Pilot puts a working prototype on your real data in 14 days — you see exactly what the AI can and can't do for you, then decide with evidence. It's how experienced teams de-risk large AI investments; we made it affordable.

Three things: access to the data or systems involved, your own AI API key (OpenAI, Claude or Gemini — we help you set it up in minutes, usage usually costs a few dollars a month to start), and about an hour a week for feedback during the build.

Yes. We integrate with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom sites, CRMs and spreadsheets — no rebuild required. If you don't have a site yet, we can build that too.

You do — 100%. Full source-code handover at launch, no platform lock-in. Your data is only ever used to serve your business and is never used to train shared models.

We design guardrails from day one: answers grounded in your content with cited sources, confidence thresholds, and automatic handoff to a human when unsure. Retrieval accuracy is treated as a deliverable, not a demo — you approve the behavior before launch.

Most of our clients aren't. That's the point of the Pilot: you judge a working prototype, not a technical proposal. If you can describe the problem in plain language, we can build the solution.

We work worldwide, in English. We're online around the clock; when we're deep in a build, replies can take a few hours. Discovery calls are scheduled at a time that suits you.

We agree on written acceptance criteria before we start — e.g. number of test cases, correct-handling rate (typically ≥90%), workflow success rate (≥95%), zero critical errors, and max response time. You sign off against real test results, not demos. If we miss the agreed criteria, we fix it at our cost.

Beyond the $3,000 build fee, you pay the underlying services directly — typically AI API usage (often $10–$50/month to start) plus hosting/database if needed (usually $0–$30/month). We list every recurring cost in the proposal before you commit. No hidden margins: the accounts stay in your name.

The Pilot covers one focused workflow: design, build, integration with up to 3 systems, testing, deployment and handover docs. Not included: a second workflow or extra integrations, native mobile apps, custom model training, large-scale data migration. Anything extra is quoted separately before we start — never mid-project.

Three milestones: 30% to start ($900), 40% when the working prototype is ready ($1,200), 30% on final delivery ($900). Refunds: cancel before we start and the deposit is fully refunded. If the prototype doesn't meet the written acceptance criteria — after we've tried to fix it at our cost — the 40% prototype payment is refunded. If you cancel mid-way for your own reasons, paid milestones aren't refunded (the work was done), unpaid ones are cancelled, and you keep everything delivered so far.

Your data stays in your accounts and systems — we work with API keys and limited-access accounts, and never ask for your master passwords. Your data is never used to train shared AI models. Data handling and deletion terms are confirmed in writing before we start, and we delete our copies of your data at handover.

You get 14 days of free support after launch for fixes. After that: optional care plans from $390/month (monitoring, small tweaks, priority fixes), or $120/hour for one-off work — or take the code and run it yourself; it’s 100% yours. No lock-in, no forced retainer.

Yes. The GitHub repository is created under your account from day one — you see every commit as we work. All third-party services (AI APIs, database, hosting) are set up under your accounts, in your name; we only get the access we need to build. Our data-protection commitments — no training on your data, full deletion at handover — are written into the project agreement, not just promised on this page.

Straight answer: we're an independent team, not a registered corporation, and we don't sign formal corporate contracts. What you do get in writing before you pay anything: the exact scope, the fixed price, the 14-day timeline, the acceptance criteria, and who owns what (code and accounts are 100% yours). Payment is milestone-based — 30% to start, 40% when you see a working prototype, 30% on final delivery. You never pay the full amount upfront. If your process requires a registered vendor with legal contracts, we're not the right fit — and we'd rather tell you that now than waste your time.
